AdSense Stats & Code Rewrite

In version 1.14, their restructured their code related to AdSense. Also, you can now view the stats from your AdSense account directly in Advanced Ads.

Hide Ads By User Role

Since Advanced Ads 1.13.5, you have more control over which user roles can see ads. The list of user roles now also includes those added by third-party plugins such as WooCommerce or Advanced Ads for instance.

You can find this option at Advanced Ads > Settings > General > Disable Ads.

Disable Ads For Specific Post Types

They added a completely new option to disable ads on all pages belonging to a specific post type. This allows you to hide ads on all posts, static pages, or those added by plugins such as WooCommerce product pages.

This option is available with Advanced Ads Pro at Advanced Ads > Settings > General > Disable Ads.

Unlimited Sites License

Advanced Ads is used by many companies that outnumber the original license limit of 20 sites. Therefore, they introduced an All Access Pass to be used on unlimited sites.

Tracking Improvements

Finally they made some improvements to the Ad Tracking add-on. Numbers are now using separators, i.e., 10000 becomes 10,000. In addition, they fixed an issue that caused some expired ads to track impressions.

Using the advanced-ads-tracking-query-string filter, it is now possible to inherit a query string to the ad target page. Your user visits https://example.com/?rel=123 and clicks on an ad that leads to https://your-partner.com/ for instance. The new filter allows you to attach rel=123 to the target URL so that the user is forwarded to https://your-partner.com/?rel=123.

Advanced Ads Pro can be purchased from as low as โ‚ฌ39 for a Single Site license. However, there is also a free version available which comes with limited features. The All Access Pass and All Access Pass Long Term plans get you access to both existing and future paid add-ons.
