Hi Stefan, does this mean a BuddyBoss member can provide services that other users can book via the calendar? Thank you! Richard
Hi Richard,
According to Amelia, the BuddyBoss integration connects BuddyBoss and Amelia users. So, BuddyBoss users will be able to access the Customer or Employee panels in Amelia without an additional login. That means that bookings will still be processed by Amelia, but both the booking form and Customer/Employee panels will be available right from the BuddyBoss user account. Unfortunately, appointments will not be added to the BuddyBoss calendar. However, there won’t be separate BuddyBoss and Amelia accounts for each user.
Hope this helps,
Stefan
Note: A member with the user role “Amelia Employee” (a member who provides services) cannot book an appointment with another member who also has this role.
