Facebook Whitelist

Facebook is definitely the most important source of social insights for many businesses. Facebook’s recent API changes, however, are making it hard to comprehensively search the platform. Thus, Awario implemented Whitelist, a special place for the Facebook pages you want scanned as a priority. Simply head to Alert Settings > Whitelist and enter the username of any Facebook business page to start collecting mentions from its feed.

Filtered CSV Exports

Previously, you could only export all data Awario found without any filters taken into account. Starting today, you can filter and sort mentions in your feed in any way you like. Then you can export only the ones that match the filters by hitting the Options button and choosing Export All.
