Team Collaboration

Many of their customers have been looking forward to using Awario as a team. In fact, it’s been one of their most requested features yet. After months of development and testing, the team collaboration feature is now finally available.

You can now invite team members with different levels of permissions to your Awario account. Additionally, you can also grant clients access to mentions of their brand and important stats on their online presence.

There are three user roles available:

  • Admins with full control over your entire Awario account
  • Users with full access to selected projects
  • Guests with view-only access to selected projects

Note that collaboration is available for Awario Pro (3 users) and Enterprise (10 users) plans only.

Slack Notifications

In July, they added a Slack integration that will notify you of new mentions in a channel of your choice.

You can set up real-time, daily, or weekly notifications about new mentions to be delivered straight to your Slack channel.

The setup takes less than a minute: in your Awario account, simply navigate to Project Settings, switch to Notifications, and hit New Slack Notification. Select the channel you’d like to receive notifications in, and you’re good to go!

Good news: This feature is available to all Awario users, including the free trial. Ready to start receiving new mentions in Slack?

PS: In August Awario introduced competitor analysis. This allows you to compare your brand to competitors at a glance right in your Awario dashboard. Thus, you are able to instantly measure share of voice and compare sentiment, reach, and influencers across several brands – all without leaving the dashboard!
