Breakcold Introduces Native AI CRM Features

Arnaud from Breakcold has just added native AI CRM features to the Social Selling and Sales CRM, including CRM automation and AI CRM agents and more.

New Features

Breakcold’s new AI, called Vision, comes with the following features:

• Move Leads Automatically to CRM:
  Based on email and social conversations, custom fields, notes and meetings, leads will automatically be moved to the correct CRM list(s) and sales pipeline stage(s). The correct tag(s) will also be assigned.
• Automatic Task Creation by CRM AI Agents:
  The new Breakcold dashboard allows you to focus on the most important thing: selling. Thanks to your CRM agent, tasks are now auto-created by AI. Simply select an AI personality or create your own.
• AI CRM Automation Rules:
  If you want to control the AI to move leads in the CRM for some reason, you can do so by providing guidance or strict rules using natural language.

Please note that you will receive a certain number of AI leads per seat, with unlimited AI actions, according to your Breakcold plan.
