CMS Commander: Automatic Monthly Activity Reports
The CMS Commander team has just added a nice new feature to their WordPress management tool. It is now possible to schedule and send automatic activity reports to email addresses of your choosing on a monthly basis.
Scheduled Activity Reports
Reports are providing a detailed overview over what was done in CMS Commander in the past month, e.g. management actions, installed updates, approved comments or backups. Basically everyting listed in the “Reports” tab of your CMS Commander dashboard.
Also you can customize emails in terms of sender (“From”), activity report title, and into text. For the first report you can specify to send it right away or wait for the next month.
To cut a long story short: Your customers are going to love it as they will be informed about every management task that you have done for their sites.
Please note that a CMS Commander premium plan is required. Are you still running on a free account? No worries, you can upgrade your account at anytime in order to get access to all the great premium features CMS Commander comes with, including automatic backups, content marketing tools, backlink tracking and the new scheduled reports.
