Conversion Bridge Releases Enhanced Conversions, Microsoft Clarity & PostHog Integrations
Derek from Conversion Bridge has just released version 1.7 of his analytics and conversion tracking plugin for WordPress, introducing Enhanced Conversions, new integrations with Microsoft Clarity and PostHog and more.
New Features
Let’s find out what’s new in Conversion Bridge 1.7:
- Enhanced Conversions:
Following the introduction of Enhanced Conversions in version 1.6 for 19 plugins (see The Pier #84), this version can finally send Enhanced Conversions data from any single WordPress plugin that can collect it. - New Analytics Platform Integrations:
Conversion Bridge now also integrates with Microsoft Clarity and PostHog. - New Plugin Integrations:
There are also new integrations with Bricksforge Pro Forms to track form submissions and with Popup Maker to track popup opens, closes and subscription form submissions. - Custom Page View Properties:
You can include additional page view properties to add context and clarity to your reports, allowing you to track post author, category, tags, whether the visitor is logged in or not, language and post type. This works in Google Analytics, Plausible Analytics, Usermaven, Pirsch Analytics and PostHog. - Tracking of Specific User Info with Events:
You can now pass user-specific data along with your conversion events, opening up more advanced tracking options, especially for membership or logged-in user scenarios.
Finally, Conversion Bridge‘s internal Conversion Journey feature allows you to see the full path a visitor takes before converting. In version 1.7, you now have a choice of how this tracking works – either with traditional cookies, or with a privacy-friendly fingerprinting method that doesn’t rely on cookies at all.
