EmbedMyReviews Launches New AI Review Assistant

Mannie from EmbedMyReviews has just added an enhanced feedback form text editor and feedback form designer, as well as a new AI Review Assistant, to the white-label online reputation management platform.

New AI Review Assistant

The new AI Review Assistant uses a step-by-step question-and-answer process to generate reviews. This data is then used to create a unique review that sounds natural and authentic, which the customer can copy and paste onto any review site.

To top it all off, you can control the tone, provide business context and generate questions and suggestions, as well as include SEO keywords.

To achieve the best results, EmbedMyReviews recommends using the following Large Language Model (LLM) models:

• Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet: Best for natural and grounded reviews, and excellent for prompts such as ‘don’t hype it up’ and ‘don’t over-polish it’.
• OpenAI GPT-4o: Fast and strong when it comes to casual language.
• Open AI GPT-4.1-mini: It is inexpensive and effective for short reviews, however, it can occasionally become predictable due to a lack of clear guidelines.
• Mistral Large 2 / Mixtral 8x22B (via OpenRouter): It has a strong natural conversational tone, but is weaker in long-tail languages than Claude/OpenAI. However, it is fine for European languages.

Enhanced Feedback Forms

EmbedMyReviews has also improved the feedback form text editor. This allows you to customize the text further, and even insert images and GIFs. Furthermore, they have introduced some sleek new design options, including Polaroid, Frosted Glass and Animated 3D, as well as making it easier to use your own fonts within the feedback form designer.

Analytics Date & Location Filters

Date and location filters have now been added to both the internal and shared analytics dashboards. Additionally, a new stat card showing stats per review tag is now available on the Analytics dashboard.

Review Tagging UI/UX

In other news, EmbedMyReviews has updated the UI/UX for tagging reviews, making it much easier to search for, select and update tags per review.
