Let’s take a quick look at what’s new in EmbedMyReviews:

  • Send Review Invites From Your Gmail & Outlook:
Now, your customers can connect their Gmail or Outlook accounts and send review invitations in no time. It’s just like using your own SMS provider — no credits are used for this, so customers can send as many emails as they like.
  • New “Personal” Email Template:
Designed to resemble a genuine personal email and arrive in the recipient’s inbox, the Personal Email template has been fully optimized and is now supported by SMTP, Gmail and Outlook.
  • Separate Message Per Channel:
In the past, campaigns used the same message for all channels. Now, however, you can either use one message or create different messages for email, SMS and WhatsApp.

In other news, EmbedMyReviews has enhanced the design and layout of its campaigns. The new ‘Start Fresh’ option enables you to reset the test contact, bypass duplicate limits, and test campaigns more easily. Additionally, agencies can now allocate different email providers to different customers.
