EmbedMyReviews Launches Onboarding Checklist for Agency Clients

Mannie from EmbedMyReviews has just announced the release of an onboarding checklist for agency clients of the white label reputation management platform.

Agencies can now use the built-in onboarding checklist and add an optional CTA to help their clients get started on the platform. Both will be visible on your client’s dashboard.

Clients can hide the onboarding checklist and CTA once they have completed three or more steps from the checklist. It uses the customer’s custom plan options to figure out what tasks the customer needs to complete to set up the reputation management platform.

The checklists are only suggestions and don’t prevent customers from using the platform. Any steps they don’t want to do can be ignored.

Note that EmbedMyReviews has disabled the onboarding checklist for existing agencies by default.
