EmbedMyReviews (see also The Port) has rebuilt the review request campaign feature from scratch. Let’s take a look at what’s new:

  • Combined email & SMS campaigns.
  • Ready-to-use responsive email templates.
  • Step-based message sequences that allow you to manage when and how additional messages are sent.
  • Unique: Record and include a video review request to capture customer attention and increase the likelihood of them leaving a review. Access can be controled via custom plans.
  • Improved UX to help you set up campaigns with just one click.
  • Track recent activity at a contact and campaign level with more data, including opens, clicks, ratings and more.
  • New Send Invites API endpoint.
  • Easy bulk CSV uploads tested with 60k contacts, live upload progress and post upload report.
  • Clients can easily track credit usage.
  • Agency level logs.

EmbedMyReviews recommends that you migrate to the new Campaigns feature as soon as possible, as the old Campaigns feature will be deprecated over the coming months.
