Scheduled Reporting

Agencies or their clients can now set up reports to gain more insight into their reputation. Initially, EmbedMyReviews offers the following two PDF reports:

Summary: Get an overview of key metrics and insights from your reviews, providing a snapshot of your reputation performance and trends. It shows statistics on how many additional reviews your customer has received since joining the platform. These are displayed if the percentage is 5% or more.
Responses: Get a detailed report of all responses to customer reviews, helping you to track engagement and manage feedback effectively.

The frequency of the reports can be set to weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Of course, you can also download the reports on demand by clicking on Edit Report and Download.

EmbedMyReviews allows you to control access to who can create reports via custom plans.
