The Events Calendar Improves Event Ticket Order Management

The Events Calendar has just announced that they have taken the next steps in creating a complete order management system for Tickets Commerce, the native eCommerce engine of Event Tickets.

The improved order management system makes it easier than ever to find, sort, search and manage your ticket orders with the addition of two new admin screens.

Ticket sellers using Tickets Commerce now have a single screen that lists all ticket orders. They can also drill down into individual orders with a single click. Soon they will also be able to reissue tickets, refund orders, add manual orders and change order statuses.

This release is part of their efforts to make Event Tickets a complete solution for anyone selling tickets online, without the need for other plugins. Next week a brand new Tickets home screen will be released. Stay tuned!
