What’s new in Fluent Support? Let’s find out!

  • Response Satisfaction Survey:
Because real-time feedback is critical for customer support teams to evaluate their support process, Fluent Support has introduced a new satisfaction survey for every response an agent sends to a customer.
  • New Permissions & Shortcodes:
New permissions give you more control over your support team, such as the ability to add an agent with draft only permissions for replies, and later allow another agent to approve that reply. They’ve also added a new shortcode for agent information, also known as an email signature, to help your support team look professional when dealing with customers.
