FluentBooking Now Supports Collective Meetings & Round Robin Host Scheduling

Jewel from FluentBooking has just released version 1.6 of its WordPress appointment booking plugin, introducing a new collective meeting type, host scheduling in round robin, custom date/time format and more.

New Features

Let’s find out what’s new in FluentBooking 1.6.0:

• New Collective Meeting Type:
  Unlike a one-to-one meeting, a collective meeting allows you to select and assign multiple hosts for a meeting with a single client or attendee.
• New Terms & Conditions Field:
  As the name suggests, the new question field type allows you to easily add your terms and conditions directly to booking forms for attendees to review and agree to before they book. Note that HTML is supported.
• HTML Formatting in Event Descriptions:
  You can now use HTML in event descriptions and format them exactly as you like.
• Host Scheduling in Round Robin:
  The new Choose Host Schedule option allows you to set and manage the availability of individual hosts in round robin meetings, rather than relying on the default schedule. What’s more, you’ll see the availability of all selected hosts in one place, making it much easier to manage centrally.

Finally, FluentBooking has added a custom date/time format, smart booking order for better organization of upcoming bookings, and name and email fields for additional guests in group meetings.
