FluentBooking Now Integrates with Woo
Jewel from FluentBooking has just released a new Woo (formerly WooCommerce) integration for their new appointment booking plugin for WordPress. They have also further enhanced the integration with FluentCRM and Fluent Forms.
New Woo Integration
With the new Woo integration, you can finally use any payment method, tax, VAT or any other plugin that works with the ecommerce plugin.
To get started, go to Settings > Global Modules and enable the new Woo integration. In the payment settings of the calendar, you will then need to tick the “Enable this event as paid and collect payment on booking” checkbox, select Woo as the checkout and select the appropriate product from the product list.
That way, you can link Woo products with FluentBooking calendars and charge for meetings, such as consultations.
New Booking SmartCodes for FluentCRM
When running an automation with FluentCRM, you can now personalize your marketing emails using the new booking data smartcodes, e.g. guest first name, guest notes and more.
Conversational Form Support
As mentioned in our previous post, Fluent Forms has also added conversational form support for FluentBooking. You can now easily add booking calendars to your conversational forms.
What’s More?
In other news, FluentBooking now allows you to clone booking calendars with a few clicks. Finally, they have also added various translation strings that were previously missing.
