FluentBooking – A New Appointment Booking Plugin for WordPress

The folks at WPManageNinja have just released a brand new scheduling plugin for WordPress that lets you book appointments, meetings, webinars, events and more. Meet FluentBooking.

FluentBooking

FluentBooking is a self-hosted appointment and scheduling solution that makes booking appointments a breeze. This is how it works:

  1. You set up your availability on your WordPress site.
  2. Set up payment with Stripe.
  3. Prospects and clients can schedule meetings with you in person, Google Meet or Zoom.
  4. You can add information to help you prepare.
  5. Get notifications about upcoming events in your email and calendar.
  6. You can meet and share meeting details with your CRM.

Speaking of which, FluentBooking complements the existing Fluent ecosystem – although you can also use it as a standalone plugin.

Integrations

With the Fluent Forms integration, you can easily create booking forms that convert and embed calendars into (multi-step) contact forms. Of course, FluentBooking also integrates with FluentCRM for easy email communication and outreach.

Other integrations include Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, WPFusion, FlowMattic, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Webhooks, Zapier, Pabbly Connect and Make. A Twilio integration will be released soon.

Early Bird LTD

To celebrate the launch, an Early Bird Lifetime Deal is available for a limited time, starting at just $99 for a single site licence. This may be your only chance to get a lifetime licence at up to 50% off. Don’t miss this opportunity!
