FluentCRM Rolls Out New Company Module
Jewel from FluentCRM has just announced version 2.8 of their email marketing automation plugin for WordPress, introducing a new company module, a more detailed contact overview, new WooCommerce Subscriptions triggers, and more.
New Company Module
FluentCRM has finally delivered the much-anticipated company module, allowing you to store the company information of your B2B contacts and segment your contacts by company.
Once enabled, you can store company details such as company name, email, phone number, logo, website, owner, description, address and social media details.
Of course, you can also view and add or create contacts associated with the company and add notes, as well as import, export or add companies.
In version 2.8.30, FluentCRM has enhanced the Company module with new Company added to contact and Company removed triggers, as well as new company specific automation actions.
More Detailed Contact Overview
A detailed contact overview allows you to tailor effective communication and strengthen relationships.
With the introduction of the new Company module, FluentCRM has improved the contact overview. You can now see not only the company they are associated with, but also the courses and memberships they have joined.
New WooCommerce Subscriptions Triggers
The FluentCRM team has also added the following three new automation triggers for WooCommerce Subcriptions:
- Subscription Activated: Allows you to trigger an automation when a subscription is activated
- Renewal Payment Received: Allows you to trigger an automation when you receive a subscription renewal payment
- Renewal Payment Failed: Triggers an automation when a renewal payment fails
What’s More?
In other news, FluentCRM has released the biggest UI improvement since its launch. They have added some easy navigation options, replaced various pop-up editing options with sidebars, and introduced a new distraction-free navigation experience. Finally, they have added email previews for specific contacts.
