FluentCRM 2.2
Let’s dive right into the new features and improvements:
- Whole New Dashboard & Campaign Design
FluentCRM now features a new, clean dashboard that allows you to view the total number of contact campaigns, emails sent, tags, and email templates at first glance. There is also a new sales reporting tab showing sales data from WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads. - Better, Flexible Email Composer
They added an option to preview email templates and an option to disable the email footer. You can also use a new plain text email template with the classic editor instead of the block editor. - Better Marketing Automation UI
FluentCRM introduced a new, beautiful, and organized automation user interface. A new trigger UI allows you to manage triggers from separate tabs instead of radio buttons. Additionally, actions are divided by category and benchmarks are now called goals / trigger blocks. Finally, they announced the arrival of highly anticipated outgoing webhooks. They allow you to send automation data to any third-party platform or tool. - Improved Campaign Reporting & Revenue Reports
Email campaign reporting now features beautiful pie charts and revenue reporting.
- New Triggers, Actions & Conditionals
They added user role based tagging and a new option to automatically delete contacts in FluentCRM when a user is deleted from WordPress. Furthermore you can now also set up funnels based on user logins, e.g. send an email X minutes after user logged into your WordPress site. New actions include the ability to automatically create a WordPress user, update WP user meta data and change user roles. Finally, a new conditional allows you to set different actions based on whether a contact has a WordPress user role or not. - Flexible Tagging For WooCommerce & LMS Plugins
You can now tag contacts without having to create automation funnels anymore. FluentCRM introduced built-in, flexible tagging for WooCommerce, LearnDash, LifterLMS, and Tutor LMS, e.g. for successful purchases, course enrollments, and course completion for instance. - New WooCommerce Triggers, Actions, Conditionals & Product Block
The purchase history now shows a detailed customer summary with number of orders, products purchased, AOV, and more. You can use a WooCommerce product block in email templates! FluentCRM also introduced automation triggers based on order completion and order status changes. Within WooCommerce marketing automations you are now also able to change order status and add order notes. As the icing on the cake, they added a new WooCommerce conditional logic. - Improved 360° Contact Overview
In the contact overview, you can check which courses your students have enrolled in, track their progress and see the status of their course enrolment. - REST API
You can now send GET, POST, PUT or DELETE requests in FluentCRM from any third-party platform or server.
In other news, FluentCRM introduced bounce handler for quite a few email sending services. This includes Mailgun, Pepipost, Postmark, SendGrid, and SparkPost.
This update is a huge step towards making FluentCRM a fully-fledged CRM system, isn’t it?
