Formidable Forms 3.0: New Field Types, CSS Grid Layout & Beefed Up Free Form Builder
The Formidable Forms team has been hard at work testing and polishing version 3.0 of their popular WordPress form builder plugin.

This major update includes new field types such as range sliders, toggle fields and improved star rating fields. Automatic updates have also been improved, along with some UI enhancements. The latter is just the first step for their major UI overhaul which will be introduced in version 4.0.

Apart from above new features and enhancements, they added a new [entry_position]
shortcode. This allows you to show incremental content, e.g. an ad after the 3rd entry or a featured first entry in a view. Also, you can now check values in an URL via inline conditionals.
