GoDaddy Acquires SkyVerge
The consolidation in the WordPress community continues. After iThemes recently acquired Restrict Content Pro, SkyVerge has just announced their acquisition by GoDaddy, which already acquired CoBlocks and ThemeBeans last year.

GoDaddy is a global champion of WordPress and the largest WordPress hosting platform. They are also providing an excellent WooCommerce hosting offering, and the SkyVerge team is excited to share their expertise to make it even better.
The SkyVerge plugins such as WooCommerce Memberships and WooCommerce Local Pickup Plus along with Jilt will definitely not go away. By joining GoDaddy they will have an even bigger impact on WooCommerce.
