New Form Embed Process

Gravity Forms have reimagined the process of embedding forms in your WordPress site. You can now easily embed forms into pages and posts via a new Embed Form flyout directly from within the form editor.

This page or this post does not exist yet? No worries, you can create them directly from the Embed Form flyout. There you can also copy the form shortcode and view the form ID.

Submit Form Button

By popular request, the “Submit” button has been moved from the form settings to the form editor. This allows you to place the button in the last line of a form next to other form fields. It also allows you to edit the settings without having to leave the form editor.

New Choices Flyout

Previously, editing (a large number of) choices options such as radio buttons, checkboxes, multi select, and product options, was difficult because of a narrow sidebar and lack of space.

That way, they have created a responsive, expandable Choices flyout that allows you to create, edit, and manage choices options with ease. It even supports bulk choices and most third-party add-ons.

New Merge Tag Search

The improved user interface for merge tags has been extended with a time-saving search feature that allows you to easily search for the merge tags you need.

AJAX Form Saving

To improve UX, the form editor now saves all form changes with AJAX. Your edited form is automatically saved without the need for a full page refresh.
