Job Boardly Introduces New Profiles Approval Process & Editor User Role
Nelson from Job Boardly has just introduced a new user role for editors, a profile approval process and a new option for customizing the sign-up form for its no-code job board builder SaaS.
New Editor Permission Level

Board owners can now add an additional user level called ‘Editor’. This user level can manage jobs and job-related settings, but cannot access billing or invite/remove users, or access pages, profiles, or subscribers.
This role is useful for job board owners who have team members managing the board without full admin controls.
Board Admin Translation

Job board owners and administrators can now select their preferred language from a range of options in the settings menu. Once a language has been chosen, all of the board’s settings will be translated into that language.
Paywall Preview Jobs

When the paywall is enabled, board owners can now customize the number of jobs that are previewed. Previously, the paywall would display 10 jobs before the preview.
Profiles Approval Process (Pro)

Board owners can now set up an approval process for candidate profiles and company pages before they go live on their board.
Once new users have applied, the board owner can review their application and approve or decline it. When this feature is enabled, employers and candidates will not be able to post a job, update their profile or apply for jobs until they have been approved.
Sign Up Form Customization (Pro)

Finally, Job Boardly now enables board owners to customize the sign-up forms for job seekers and employers, allowing them to adapt the sign-up process to their niche’s needs.
They can choose which fields to show or make mandatory, and add their own questions to the sign-up form.
