MailPoet Launches Automation Analytics

Jรกn from MailPoet has just announced the arrival of automation analytics for their WordPress email and newsletter plugin. This allows you to easily improve your email marketing intelligence.

New Automation Analytics

Automation is at the core of creating seamless, personalised experiences for the audience of your WordPress site. With automation analytics, MailPoet now raises the bar by giving you deep insight into every step of those automations.

Check out the benefits:

  • Visual Journey Mapping: Get the exact number of contacts at each step, track step completion rates, and identify possible bottlenecks that may need your attention.
  • Email Performance Breakdown: Track both open and click rates to measure engagement, monitor the number of orders generated by each email, and measure the revenue generated.
  • Revenue-Driven Insights: The Orders section gives you a detailed insight into customers, which products were purchased, which email triggered the action and the total revenue generated.
  • Subscriber Journey Overview: Track the progress of subscribers, know their status and get a real-time view of where they are in their journey.

MailPoet has also introduced a number of new segments, including targeting subscribers by last engagement, purchase, open, click, page view and send date, number of reviews or coupon code used. For custom field segmentation, you can now easily filter with “is empty” and “is not empty” options. Subscriber statistics have also been enhanced. You can now group data by last 30 days, last 12 months and lifetime.

Finally, MailPoet has added new options to filter the list of past newsletters by start or end date, show only newsletters from the last X days or if the email subject contains a keyword, and allow you to limit the number of emails.

Next, they will release tag-based and hook-based automations. Stay tuned!
