To be honest, the default WooCommerce email templates are not very appealing to the eye. So wouldn’t it be great if you could customise them to your own liking, but wouldn’t have to use various email plugins just for your online shop? Good news, you can now redesign all your WooCommerce emails such as invoices and orders directly with the MailPoet email designer. How nice is that?

No More SMTP Plugins

Instead of using their own host, quite a few WordPress site admins are installing an SMTP plugin to send WordPress or WooCommerce emails via a third party such as Mailgun or Sendgrid. This is a best practice for deliverability to ensure no loss of important emails.

By using MailPoet you donโ€™t need to install a plugin for this anymore. Simply navigate to the MailPoet Settings > Advanced to activate this option.

Apart from that MailPoet recently added a fancy new form editor (phase 1/3) and transactional emails. Currently they are working on a smarter anti-abuse mechanism for better deliverability, phase 2 of the new form editor, and a concierge migration service.
