MemberPress Improves Courses
The MemberPress developers have just released an update for the Courses add-on of their WordPress membership plugin. Say hello to sticky sidebars and headers, accordioned sections, and more.
New Features
Although they are not groundbreaking new features and improvements, they should be mentioned briefly.
- Sticky Sidebar and Headers
It provides students with a clear, easy-to-navigate view of your curriculum. - Accordion Sections
All sections are now in a closed accordion, except for the section a student is currently in. This improves the organization of your course and provides more order so that your students are less intimidated and more motivated.
- Features Image in Classroom Mode
In addition to your brand logo, you can now also add a featured image in classroom mode. It will be permanently displayed next to the title of your course at the top of the curriculum. - Course Title Link
The course title now links back to your course overview. - Hide Lesson Title
They have added a new option to hide the lesson title in the course content.
In June 2023, MemberPress has introduced certificates with an optimized design that are updatable, expiring and shareable.
In other news, WP Weekly just awarded MemberPress the Gold Award for the Best WordPress Membership + Courses Plugin 2022.
