Metorik: New Customer Timelines & Cart Tracking Improvements
A few weeks ago, Bryce of Metorik found one of the highest rated ideas on the roadmap with customer timelines, which should have been implemented into “WooCommerce co-pilot” a long time ago. Well, better late than never!

Customer Timelines
Now each customer profile comes with a timeline in Metorik, where you can see a customer’s entire history at first glance – from when they joined your online store to their most recent order. For starters, they’ll show a variety of events, including Customer Joined, Ordered, Abandoned Cart, Subscribed, Subscription Ended, and Received Email (via Metorik Engage). Further events will be added in the course of time.

Update the plugin on your site to get better cart tracking performance. - Engage
Manage domains yourself, so it’s easy to add and change the domains you send emails from. New page to view all sent automations. - Reports
Added a product sales report with more to come soon. You can now also see MRR/active subscriptions on a daily/weekly level when filtering by a product/category. - Segmenting
New order/subscriptions filter for line item title so you can find by line item title, not just product. Also added a customers filter for last product/category purchased. - Customers
Improved owned products area. - Carts
New setting for the ‘checkout URL’ customers are sent to.
