Metorik Now Supports Gorgias

In July, Metorik has just added three new reports, a new “Grouped by Report – Click to Segment” feature, support for Gorgias and more to its ecommerce co-pilot for WooCommerce and Shopify.

Three New Reports

Metorik has added the Average Order Value over Time report, the Average Order Item Count over Time report, and the Orders by Day and Hour report.

The real value comes from segmenting these reports so that you can view these charts for a segment of orders. For example, orders from a particular country, orders containing a particular product, or orders from a particular source such as organic vs. Google ads.

Grouped by Report – Click to Segment

When viewing any grouped report, such as orders grouped by country or customers grouped by city, you can click on the group to view a report for that segment only. You can now click on the country, e.g. United States, and the whole report will automatically update to show only sales for that group.

Google Analytics 4

Now that Google has officially switched to Google Analytics 4, Metorik will automatically integrate with it if it finds a matching GA4 property under your Google account.

Metorik will then automatically combine the data from your older Universal Analytics account with the new version 4 data to give you a full historical view and conversion rate stats directly in Metorik.

Sync Frequency

If you use Gorgias for your ecommerce support, you can now integrate the helpdesk platform directly into Metorik, allowing you to view and create support tickets from customer and order pages.

Finally, WooCommerce stores can set a custom data sync frequency in the connection settings to determine how often Metorik‘s background data sync occurs. They will still sync in real time via webhooks, so this is just in addition to that.
