By default, WooCommerce has various order statuses that inform you how far an order has progressed.

If you want to use custom ones, however, you would have to write custom code or use a third-party plugin such as WooCommerce Order Status Manager by SkyVerge for instance.

To cut a long story short, Metorik fully supports both the default and custom order statuses. It allows you to:

  • Exclude any statuses from reports
  • Segment orders on the orders page by status
  • View the stats for each status side by side on the orders report
  • Customize how every (default and custom) status is displayed in Metorik in terms of names, icons, and colours
  • Support of Font Awesome (Pro) icons

As of July 2019, Metorik even lets you customize the names, colours, and icons used for order statuses on the new settings page.

Metorik automatically keeps track of all the statuses in your WooCommerce store. If you have added a new one and it is not displayed immediately, you can either wait a few hours or you can update the possible statuses manually in the store connection settings. Note that any changes made in Metorik will not affect WooCommerce.
