Metorik: New Report Segmenting & Google Analytics 4 Support

Bryce from Metorik has just finally introduced report segmenting, Google Analytics 4 support, and more to their ecommerce co-pilot for WooCommerce and Shopify.

Report Segmenting

Metorik’s reports have just received a major upgrade. Not only has the UI/UX been improved and chart zooming introduced, but it is now possible to segment reports by hundreds of different filters. For this, they have integrated a powerful but easy-to-use segmentation system into most Metorik reports.

With just a few clicks, you can create completely customised reports. If you have already created order and customer segments over the years, these can also be applied with one click.

Google Analytics 4 Support

As you have probably already noticed, Google Analytics – Universal Analytics will be phased out in July 2023. However, Metorik has just announced that the platform now also supports Google Analytics 4.

You can select both an older UA account and a newer GA4 account, and they will combine the data historically.

To set up Google Analytics 4 with Metorik, simply head over to your the integration settings page of your store and reconnect Google Analytics.

What’s More?

In other news, Metorik now also displays the customer device, operating system, and browser information on single order pages. On the dashboard / digests they have added cards for ‘Gross Profit’, ‘Gross Total Cost’ and ‘Gross Profit Margin’. The KPI card now links to reports.
