Your social media campaign will most likely start with the “Check out our new article:” style template. It is a really powerful way to kick start a campaign with content. However, it’s quite possible that you’ve found yourself wanting to change these from time to time. Well, the new template manager allows you do this now.

Previously, if you wanted to edit these templates, you would have to manually edit each post within a campaign. No problem at all if you want to make an isolated edit. However, what if you would like to use the word “post” instead of “article” for instance or simply need it written in your own language? Then you were probably not amused at having to make these edits in each and every campaign.

As the new template manager allows you to edit all templates, you can now use your local language or just swap out some phrases easily. You can also create your own custom default sentences aka content templates for any day or just for specific campaign days.

Please note that this feature is available to everyone on the Business plan and above.

Social Toggling

Finally, you can now toggle social media profile within a campaign. As this has been a frequently asked feature request, the Missinglettr team is happy to get it rolled out for you.

When reviewing a campaign you will find an option to turn or off off one or more of your connected social profiles – just for a specific campaign as a whole.

Probably this week, they will also be adding have added the option to toggle social profiles within an individual campaign post. Thatโ€™s a great option for alternating the frequency for a specific profile within a campaign.
