👋 Motion.page Desktop

Motion.page is one of the best animation and interaction builders for WordPress. With the upcoming release of Motion.page Desktop, the animation tool will no longer be limited to WordPress. This native application for Mac, Windows and Linux is set to launch within the next 4–8 weeks. It will be available to all users!

It’s not just a standalone version of Motion.page – it’s an entire ecosystem of additional mind-blowing features. Projects allow you to add any domain to your project and use the Motion.page interface as usual inside the app.

Artifacts will also be released. Think of it as CodePen for Motion.page. Anyone can create, share and fork artefacts that include HTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as animations, all within Motion.page. It has built-in community features, including comments and likes!

Bricks 2.1 beta allows you to use Bricks components directly inside Gutenberg.

Pie Calendar Pro now offers a new Single Event Mode, which allows you to link back to your calendar from a specific event. This enables your users to view only the recurrences of that event in your calendar. You can now also include HTML in the popover!

E-Commerce

SureCart 3.15.0 adds video support to the media gallery on product pages. This update also introduces Upsell Behaviours, enabling you to replace the main order when a one-click upsell is accepted (video). Disputes are now displayed on the admin pages too.

SureCart is currently working on some major new features, including SureCart Learn. Powered by SureDash, it is a learning resource that will teach merchants everything they need to know about the e-commerce platform for WordPress (expected to be released in November). In other news, the UI for Advanced Fees & Discounts is currently being finalized and is expected to be released in October. Finally, the release of Product Reviews is scheduled for November, while the first batch of three SureCart-powered Starter Templates is expected at the end of October. Other features without a release date include Variation Overrides, Cart Upsells, a Custom Report Builder and Razorpay integration.

FluentCart 1.0.20 Beta introduces tax/VAT calculation, EU VAT reverse charge, order bumps, Gutenberg-based templating, support for Bricks Elements, the Paddle payment processor and improved coupons.

The massive FlowMattic WooCommerce 2.0 update allows you to replace expensive marketplace extensions. Say hello to features such as Abandoned Cart Recovery, Smart Inventory Management, Customer Behaviour Intelligence and Advanced Reporting.

The Pro version of WC Vendors now includes a new feature that allows you to include vendor store details in customer order emails.

E-Learning

Tutor LMS announces Workademy, a modern WordPress LMS theme offering full customization via Droip. No coding skills are required! It comes with sleek layouts, simple navigation, dynamic animations, reusable components and 15+ pre-built pages for courses, instructors, blogs and checkouts. SEO

SEOPress 9.2 introduces a new display format and time separator for the local business widget and block, as well as new hooks to filter the opening hours separator. You can now also migrate SEO metadata from SiteSEO.

With SureRank AI, you will soon be able to generate optimized meta titles and descriptions for your pages in just a few clicks. SureRank Pro will also soon enter its beta phase.

Laravel

LaraDumps is a modern, feature-rich debugging tool that simplifies PHP development. Available for Windows, Linux and macOS.

Customer Support

HelpSpace introduces Quick Customer Satisfaction Ratings, which allow customers to provide instant feedback with a single click using an emoji and an optional comment. This feature is currently in beta and is available on Team or Business plans.

Partnership Management

Partnero now allows you to tag your customers. This helps you to organize and segment your customers, and also enables you to set up custom partner rewards for specific customer groups, e.g. Enterprise plan users.

User Feedback

The Userback Linear integration now features real-time two-way sync for status updates and comments. Updates made on either platform are reflected instantly on the other, eliminating the need for manual updates and ensuring that teams are kept in sync.

Server Management

xCloud now supports multiple domains for Cloudflare managed sites. You can easily manage multiple subdomains and additional domains under the same primary domain. If your additional domains are hosted with Cloudflare, you can now use Cloudflare’s proxy and SSL for all these domains and subdomains directly.

Private Podcasting

Hiro.fm launches a new Promos feature to boost your sales. All you have to do is upload a short audio clip and attach it to your podcast episodes (video).

AI Audio

Descript‘s latest AI feature, Generate Video, allows you to create original B-rolls, add text animations and change camera angles. You can also create animated clips.

Virtual Events

HeySummit now enables you to remove an affiliate from a ticket purchase directly from your sales reports. This feature can be used if an affiliate was incorrectly attributed or if an affiliate requests to be unlinked from a transaction. In other news, you can now offer both PayPal and Stripe, rather than just one. This allows attendees to select their preferred payment method during checkout. Next: New Razorpay integration.

Reputation Management

EmbedMyReviews rolls out a new white-label help center aka knowledge base with video support and a fresh new look. Clients of ORM agencies can now find answers more easily.
