Welcome to the 139th issue of The Pier. Themefic has announced that Tourfic AI Studio, which will introduce AI-powered assistance directly within the booking plugin for WordPress, is currently in development. With the help of AI, you will be able to transform basic tour concepts into organized, editable, booking-ready content within WordPress. The first release, planned for March 2026, will support tour bookings only. Support for hotels, car rentals and apartments will be added gradually.

Customer Support: Gleap is currently rebuilding its Feedback Portal from scratch. Not only will it look better, it will also include public changelogs with built-in SEO.

CMP: Trustwards 2.1 offers multi-regulation support. Alongside GDPR, it now supports CCPA, LGPD and PIPEDA. Regulations also include geolocation rules; for example, the CCPA banner will only be shown to users in California, while the GDPR banner will be shown to users in the EU.

New: ElevenLabs has introduced Audiobooks – the complete toolkit for creating, refining and publishing audiobooks using lifelike AI voices, guiding you from the first draft to the final product (video).

Launch: Pabbly Email Marketing LTDs are now live! Connect your own SMTP such as Amazon SES, SendGrid or Mailgun and enjoy powerful automation tools for sending unlimited emails.

Currency Change: With SureCart 3.19.2, you no longer need to contact support if you want to change the currency of your active stores. You can now do so via the settings page.

Launch: Based on ACSS, Etch Menu Builder enables you to effortlessly design fully accessible navigation with simple drop-down menus, nested menus or mega menus for Etch.

👋 Reports, Reports & More Reports

SureCart has released two new important reports for its WordPress e-commerce plugin.

The new Taxes Collected report, which was recently requested by an EU merchant, makes things much easier for accountants.

The new Email History report allows you to view the history of emails sent for your store and whether they were opened/viewed by the customer – a unique feature not available in WooCommerce or on other platforms! SureCart is going to add filtering by email to this report.

Shortly after its launch, SureContact added a comprehensive reporting system with flexible date filtering to its WordPress email marketing and CRM platform, helping you to make better, data-driven decisions without having to switch between tools.

Say hello to the Contact Growth, Email Delivery, Email Engagement, Link Activity, Unsubscribe, Bounce and Revenue reports. All reports can also be exported at any time as a CSV or Excel file.

Bricks 2.2 introduces a significant upgrade to the design system, offering powerful new features and substantial improvements to the workflow. Meet the new Style Manager, Colour Manager, Component Style Variants and more.

With Greyd.Forms, you can now use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect your forms against spam.

SureCart 3.20.0 allows you to display order bumps in the slide-out cart and reschedule existing subscription reminders when settings are changed.

AB Split Test 2.4.3 introduces Heatmap Hover Tooltips. When you hover over elements in the heatmap, a tooltip appears showing the click count, the percentage of total clicks and a human-readable description of the element. Matched elements are highlighted with a blue border overlay for easy identification.

StoreRadar provides AI-powered insights into your WooCommerce data and offers support for COGS and real profit visibility. The new StoreRadar Score provides an overview of store performance based on key metrics such as revenue trends, customer behaviour and operational indicators.

Email Marketing & Newsletters

MailerPress 1.4 now supports Amazon SES.

Newsletter Glue 4.0.6 adds support for BigMailer and HubSpot. It also introduces a new Single Recurring Cron system that significantly improves the reliability of automations.

Affiliate & Referral Marketing

With Partnero, promotion codes can now be automatically applied at checkout when customers use a partner’s referral link.

LMS / E-Learning

BricksMembers 0.9.6 introduces new WooCommerce and FluentCart integrations, allowing you to automatically assign user levels based on orders and subscriptions. There is also a new two-way sync between FluentCRM tags/lists and BricksMembers user levels, ensuring that your CRM and membership data stay in sync. Protected Downloads now work with cloud storage, and you can use Amazon S3, Bunny CDN, Cloudflare R2, and Google Cloud Storage.

Tutor LMS Enhancements 2.2.0 enables automatic notification of all enrolled students and instructors whenever a comment or reply is posted. Students can also now upvote and downvote comments in Tutor LMS. Finally, you can restrict image uploads to instructors only, while enabling students to still post text comments.

Uptime Monitoring

Pulsetic now supports the sending of status page emails via your own SMTP sender. Subscribers to your status page can now manage their subscriptions directly from the page itself.

WhatsApp Automation

With Pabbly Chatflow, you can now send catalog, single product and multi-product messages directly from the inbox using smart WhatsApp automation. You can share product details instantly, provide faster customer guidance, and close conversations without switching screens. Finally, you can now instantly generate complete WhatsApp templates using AI, including content, buttons, parameters and media.

Pabbly Chatflow now offers PayU as an additional payment gateway for WhatsApp payments. In other news, you can use AND/OR conditions within contact lists to create segments.

SEO

Slim SEO 4.9 (free version) now generates SEO-optimised meta titles and descriptions at the click of a button, thanks to its integration with OpenAI.

Laravel

Laravel announces a new official AI SDK, which provides a unified, Laravel-native API for integrating AI features from multiple providers.

Statamic 6 is now available, introducing a redesigned control panel, support for Vue 3 and Inertia.js, and Tailwind CSS v4, as well as new security features for Laravel developers.

Cloudways announces the addition of over 17 new data center locations for AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean and Linode across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Social Media

Giststack now supports Meta Threads as a content type (video). You can then use the Content Refresh option to apply the suggested improvements directly to the blog.
