Welcome to the 141st issue of The Pier. Swipe Pages can now be loaded directly through WordPress. No subdomains are required. Pages can be routed to your root domain without any DNS changes. This means that if you run your main site on WordPress and want your landing pages on the same domain, it is now possible.

Early Access: Supademo will soon launch RouteHub, which helps you to automatically deliver the right product demos, resources and next steps to each viewer using AI.

Exciting: BlockStudio 7 is now available as fully open-source and free. This major update of the Block framework for WordPress introduces file-based pages that sync with native WordPress block content, as well as a Tailwind CSS integration with server-side compilation and caching. Blockstudio Plus is the commercial offering, providing site templates, over 1,000 drop-in blocks and AI instructions.

Don’t miss out: Built directly into the Builderius workflow, Builderius Sense is a new, context-aware AI powered by Claude via MCP (BYOK). It can clone pages from a URL, work with dynamic data and carry out precise edits. Purchase the LTD before 15 March, when Builderius will be taken off sale until it is stable. It will then return with a new pricing structure.

Launch: Derek from Conversion Bridge has announced a new product line called Appshine! The first Mac app in the line-up, ButtUp, is almost ready for beta testing!

Nice: Services for SureCart is already integrated with SureCart‘s new Product Reviews feature. After the final delivery has been sent, a prompt to leave a review will appear. This review will apply to the product associated with the service.

Finally: Divi 5 is out of beta!

SureContact 1.2.0 now supports bulk synchronization of WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) and SureCart orders. New features also include SureMembers 2.0 compatibility and the ability to assign lists and tags to WordPress users based on their roles, with sync support.

WordPress

Presto Player Pro 3.1.0 now supports automatic caption generation with BunnyCDN.

Voxel 1.7.6 enhances the Timeline feature by introducing a new ‘Pin to the top’ functionality for the ‘Current Author Timeline’, ‘Current Post Wall’ and ‘Current Post Timeline’ modes.

Formidable Forms introduces a new Limit Options feature, which allows you to set a maximum number of submissions for any dropdown, radio or checkbox field (video).

Woohoo Filters 1.4 introduces a new “API Query” feature, which enables you to retrieve data (posts) from external sources such as Airtable or Webflow and display it as WordPress posts with filtering support. This feature is currently experimental.

Early access to JetPlugins for Divi 5 is now open!

Droip‘s new Infinite Canvas is in the early stages of beta testing.

E-Commerce & Sales Funnels

As of FluentCart 1.3.11, the Inventory Manager is available to all users, even those on the free plan. Alongside one-time payments, recurring billing through Razorpay is now supported. You can assign your own identifiers to Product SKUs to keep orders, exports, and integrations consistent. There are also new Gutenberg blocks, including ‘Related Products’, ‘Media Carousel’, ‘Customer Dashboard Button’ and ‘Store Logo’ (available as a separate extension).

The free version of Mamba Cache for WooCommerce is available on the WordPress repository.

With the new Lightmail app, you can now send automated order updates, customer notifications and branded emails directly from your Lightfunnels workspace — no external tools required (video)!

LMS / E-Learning

BeatLab is a new WordPress theme for music instructors, powered by the Tutor LMS plugin.

Digital Signage

Juuno is currently working on a proof of concept for a screen analytics and dashboard app. The latter allows you to securely log into your private dashboards — such as Stripe, Google Analytics and HubSpot — take a screenshot and display it on your office TVs.

WhatsApp Automation

With Pabbly Chatflow, you can now edit scheduled broadcasts within the platform before they are sent. There’s no need to delete and recreate campaigns anymore! You can also send product, catalog, list, address, and location messages directly from your inbox. In other news, you can now automatically remove tags as contacts progress through your chatbot journey, thereby keeping your contact data clean and organized.

SEO

SureRank introduces a new Role Manager that enables you to control who can access and manage SEO settings based on WordPress user roles. Alt text is now generated automatically when images are uploaded. Internal link suggestions work across all Gutenberg Rich Text blocks and the Classic Editor.

AIOSEO 4.9.4 introduces a new SEO checklist that analyzes your site’s specific configuration and provides a clear list of tasks to help you improve your optimization.

Semrush data now integrates seamlessly with AI workflows. Users can ask AI tools questions about keywords, competitors or websites and receive answers based on genuine Semrush data without having to leave their chat.

Laravel & Tailwind CSS

Laravel Nightwatch MCP enables developers to diagnose and resolve application issues with the help of AI agents such as Claude Code.

Tailwind CSS 4.2.0 introduces a new webpack plugin and four new default colour palettes. It also provides a complete set of logical property utilities for block direction spacing and borders.

Customer Support

Gleap introduces an AI-powered duplicate detection for feature requests that automatically finds and merges duplicate feature requests.

With ThriveDesk, you can now use custom fields in your assistant contact form. This means you can collect important information, such as order number, account URL or product type, before a ticket is created.

Zammad 7.0 will soon be released, featuring AI Agents that handle the ‘boring stuff’ in tickets, such as auto-titling, smart routing and instant categorization.

Social Media

You can now post directly on Instagram, and Nuelink will automatically crosspost that content to all your connected social platforms.

Email Marketing

MailerPress 1.5 introduces incoming and outgoing webhooks, enabling you to configure webhooks to receive real-time events from external systems and send data to other platforms seamlessly.

Gmail and Yahoo now require one-click unsubscribe for bulk senders. Good news! Mailercloud handles this automatically, helping you to stay compliant and protect your sender reputation — no additional setup is necessary.

Postcards now lets you export email designs from Figma and edit them entirely in the email builder. There is also a dark mode email simulator in the preview window, so you can check how emails will look in dark mode before exporting.

Personalized Outreach

Sendr adds 40 million new B2B contacts to Lead Finder, bringing the total number of GDPR-compliant global contacts to 520 million. You can now use technology-based filters such as Shopify or HubSpot to target accounts, and get more precise with filters for skills, seniority and funding. This allows you to build higher-quality lists faster.
