Itโ€™s been quite a busy month for the folks at Planable, a real-time collaboration and approval platform for social media agencies and freelancers. They just announced a big update including user permissions aka role management.

  • User permissions: Easily set which team member can approve, edit or publish posts.
  • Required approvals: Ensure that only approved posts will be published on your workspace.
  • Automatic scheduling of approved posts: Save time when managing your social media campaigns.
  • Better, clear display of post status via labels & icons: Instantly find out if posts are scheduled, published, marked as published, saved as a draft, or as an ad.

Last but not least, you can now schedule and publish posts to Facebook Groups again. Due to new requirements, however, you have to install the Planable app in your Facebook account.
