Replient Introduces New Post View & Shareable Filtered Views

Thomas from Replient.ai has just introduced enhanced comment management features to its AI-powered social media comment management platform. This update introduces a new post view, as well as shareable filtered views.

Let’s take a look at what’s new in Replient.ai:

• New Post View:
  Replient.ai now provides a clearer overview of comments on individual posts. In the new post view, all posts and their comments are displayed together. Comments are divided into Open and Done. This allows you to see at a glance which posts have new comments and still need to be answered. You also get all post information in a compact format, including caption, number of comments, latest comments and more. Of course, you can switch directly between Post View and Comment View. You can also filter by tags, sentiment or reply status, e.g. to display only complaints or ad posts.
• Shareable Filtered Views:
  You can now share your comment filters as URLs and send them to team members. This ensures that everyone in the team has the same view, e.g. only spam, only buying interest, etc. This is ideal for large teams or agencies with multiple managers.

In other news, there is now a new option to disable the ‘Auto-Done’ feature, which keeps the comment open while you perform multiple actions. You can then close it manually when you have finished, which is ideal for lower volumes or more hands-on outreach.
