New Features
- Inbuilt Validations
Previously, you had to implement the schema markup, test it with the test tool, and fill in any empty fields again (if necessary). However, now they’ve added validations that will save you a lot of time as they will force you to fill in all mandatory fields. - Easier UI For A Better UX
Going through a long list of properties is a tedious task. Theyโve therefore made that compact for you to see them together in a single view. - Optimized Code
As they are obsessed with speed and optimization, they optimized the Schema Pro code. Previously, any schema markup would load every time the page loaded. In version 2.0, however, the schema markup is saved as a separate file and sent when a page is loaded. It will save the time taken to extract the schema every time a page loads.
They are currently working on taking internal validation to the next level. Soon, you will also get access to a more compact and beautiful UI/UX as well as new schema types. Stay tuned!
