SEOPress Introduces New AI Models & TOC Block Enhancements

Benjamin from SEOPress has just announced the release of version 8.6 of their SEO plugin for WordPress, introducing new AI models and Table of Contents block enhancements.

Better TOC Block

Based on user feedback, the SEOPress team has improved the Table of Contents block for Gutenberg to make it even more practical to use. Similar to Wikipedia’s TOC, the current section is now visually marked as active in the block.

In addition, you can finally apply a sticky position and/or a details block to show/hide.

New AI Models

Finally, SEOPress now supports the latest AI models from OpenAI to automatically generate SEO metadata based on your post content and language. It also automatically generates alternative texts for your media.

SEOPress PRO now supports the following AI models:

• GPT-4o Mini,
• GPT-4o,
• GPT-4, and
• GPT-3.5-Turbo.

In related news, SEOPress has also optimized the prompts sent to OpenAI to better match the grammar and typos based on the language of the post.
