SE Ranking: New Competitor Comparison Tool & Report Builder

SE Ranking has some big news to share with you regarding their cloud-based SEO tool. Get ready for the second update of their Summer Updates series. This includes the ability to compare competitor keywords, the Report Builder beta, and the upcoming SE Ranking Android app.

Comparison Of Competitor Keywords

In the SEO/PPC Competitor Research tool, you can now compare competitors’ keywords. Last month, they released the competitor comparison tool that allows you to analyse up to three domains. That way you can easily find out all you need about their keywords, e.g. the domains’ keyword clouds overlap, what keywords does one domain rank for while others don’t, which keywords your website is missing, and how the semantics of the selected domains impact their traffic.

To get the kind of a list you need, simply select the keywords that should be included:

• All the keywords the three domains rank for;
• Keywords the chosen pair of domains have in common;
• One of the domains’ missing keywords;
• Unique keywords one of the domains has while others don’t.

Thanks to this data you’ll get tons of ideas about the keywords your competitors use, how they compete with each other on certain keywords, which keywords your domain is missing, etc. Such a tool is invaluable whenever you’re working on a new site semantics or want to extend the keyword cloud of an existing website.

Report Builder Beta Testing

In addition to Competitors comparison, they’ve been working on a fully updated Report Builder tool, which is one of this year’s major releases. A limited number of users have already tried out the beta version — contact their customer support team to join the testing.
