Shortly after the soft launch, the Sigmize team announced that the platform is now ‘Privacy by Design’. This means:

• No storage of user IP addresses.
• No recording of form input data (such as emails, credit card details, or text entries).
• No user tokens, persistent cookies or device fingerprinting.

As none of the captured data can reasonably be used to identify an individual, even when cross-referenced, it qualifies as anonymized data rather than pseudonymized or personal data. Therefore, it falls outside the scope of GDPR for data subject risk.
