New Features

Let’s take a quick look at what’s new in SureContact:

  • Email Sequences (Drip Automation): Set up automated email sequences that are sent out over time, such as onboarding flows, post-signup follow-ups or long-term campaigns.
  • WordPress Page Visit Automation: Set up triggers to perform actions when users visit specific pages or posts on your WordPress site. Tag users automatically based on their interests or add them to targeted lists.
  • WooCommerce Product Category Targeting: Based on product categories, create automation rules for purchases, refunds or cancellations. Segment customers based on their actual purchases.
  • CartFlows Integration Enhancements: Use three new trigger events to segment contacts based on funnel behaviour in CartFlows: ‘Opt-in step started’, ‘opt-in step completed’ and ‘pre-checkout offer accepted’.
  • JetFormBuilder Integration: Use field mapping to sync form submissions directly to SureContact. Leads captured via JetFormBuilder are instantly added as contacts, including their name, email address and any other custom fields you have mapped.
  • SureMembers Access Group Mapping: The new Access Group ID field enables you to track membership access within SureContact and automate actions when a contact’s SureMembers access level changes.

In other news, SureContact has added Right-to-Left (RTL) support and an improved logging system with configurable retention periods ranging from 1 to 30 days. The SureContact plugin is now also available in French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian.
