SureDash – The New Lightweight Community Plugin for WordPress

TL;DR: SureDash has not yet been officially released. It seems that an alpha version will be available next week. This post will be updated regularly with new details about the upcoming community plugin for WordPress as we learn about it.

Adam from SureDash will soon launch their brand new, lightweight and highly anticipated community plugin for WordPress. It is being developed by Brainstorm Force, the same team responsible for such great plugins as SureCart, SureMembers, SureTriggers, SureForms, and more.

SureDash is a comprehensive solution for delivering value to your members through content, courses, community, events and a resource library – all within a single, unified user interface.

Features

It is a fully customizable community plugin that sticks close to the WordPress core to ensure all the its capabilities such as custom fields, hooks, filters, scheduling tools, as well as third party plugins, and more are fully supported.

For starters, it comes with a course builder, (private) discussions, interactions, and notifications. Soon to be added are events, leaderboards, bagdes, and more.

Unlike the resource-heavy BuddyBoss, SureDash has also been developed with top performance in mind, using the Interactivity API.

By the way, WPManageNinja has also just released their Vue.js powered community plugin called FluentCommunity. There seems to be movement in the market for WordPress community plugins, which has been dominated for many years by BuddyPress, BuddyBoss and PeepSo.
