Nelson from SurelyWP has just released Insights for SureCart! This new SureCart add-on comes with customer journeys, order and subscription insights, email reports and more.

Essentially, this add-on is version 2.0 of Email Reports for SureCart, which has officially evolved into Insights for SureCart. What started out as a means of sending daily, weekly and monthly sales reports has grown into a comprehensive insights system that provides powerful reporting for your SureCart store directly within your WordPress site.

Check out the new features:

• A new, polished settings interface for easier navigation,
• New Orders Insights panel that comes with a huge library of metrics,
• Subscription Insights panel for tracking recurring revenue and churn,
• Customer Journey tracking to see the steps leading up to a purchase,
• Use role-based access control to decide who can view insights,
• Email Reports have been improved significantly, with new features such as previews, expanded metrics, and scheduled report notifications, and
• New import & export settings for quick setup across sites.

If you are an existing customer of the Email Reports add-on for SureCart, it will continue to work as before. But now with all these extra tools of Insights for SureCart included.
