SureTriggers: New API App, Trello, Calendly & Google Forms Integrations
Adam from SureTriggers has just announced three new integrations for their automation platform, including Trello, Calendly and Google Forms. In addition, the new API app replaces the existing Webhooks integration.
New API App
SureTrigger’s existing Webhooks integration will be deprecated in favour of the new API application. Note that existing automations will still work. You just cannot create new ones.
You can use the highly anticipated API app to connect SureTriggers to any third-party tool that is not (yet) available in SureTriggers and offers open APIs. All without any coding skills.
For example, Shopify and Asana are not currently integrated with SureTriggers, but by setting up APIs, you can perform actions such as “Create tasks in Asana whenever thereโs a new order created in WooCommerce.”
Trello, Calendly & Google Forms Integrations
By popular demand, SureTriggers now officially integrates with Trello, a popular project management tool, and Calendly, a popular scheduling tool that allows you to schedule meetings and appointments. For example, you can automatically create Trello cards or send reminders to your Calendly invitees before the event takes place.
Finally, the Google Forms integration is currently in beta.
New Formatter Actions
Introduced in January, SureTriggers has added three new actions to its Formatter feature. As the name suggests, Normalize accented letters allows you to remove the accent from words that contain accented letters. Format phone numbers helps you format the phone numbers you capture in a consistent way.
If you need to add query parameters to the URLs of checkout pages, forms and more, URL Parameter Encode helps you encode dynamic data into URLs. Finally, the Text in Between action allows you to extract a specific information, such as a particular sentence or phrase, from a larger body of text.
What’s More?
In addition, WooCommerce triggers will now also run for orders that are created via opt-in pages, e.g. via CartFlows. You can also view coupon details in WooCommerce trigger responses and track the purchase behaviour of your customers for example.
In related news, SureCart order-related triggers now include product quantity. This helps you manage your inventory.
SureTriggers is being developed by the same team responsible for SureCart, SureMembers and – coming soon – SureWriter.
