New Features

Let’s take a look at the latest updates to ThriveCart:

  • Smarter Subscription Metrics:
    ‘Net Revenue Retention’ replaces ‘Net Revenue Churn’ to provide a clearer insight into revenue health. Meanwhile, ‘Net Subscriber Retention’ makes tracking subscriber trends simple and transparent.
  • Product Listing Improvements:
    ThriveCart now displays product reference numbers directly in your product list, which makes internal workflows and support much faster.
  • Flexible Learning Management Access:
    Users of ThriveCart Learn+ can now give their students access to courses until the end of their billing cycle, even after they have cancelled.

Finally, in order to comply with new regulations, customers in the EU must be able to cancel subscriptions as easily as they can subscribe aka “Click-to-Cancel” Compliance. That’s why ThriveCart has introduced product-level cancellation controls, which give ThriveCart Pro+ users with Stripe Connect+ the flexibility to manage cancellations by product while ensuring compliance.
