TranslatePress: New ‘Different Domain per Language’ Add-On

TranslatePress has announced the release of a new add-on for its WordPress translation plugin. Meet the Different Domain per Language add-on, first mentioned in The Pier #140.

The new Different Domains per Language add-on allows you to use a different domain for each language on your multilingual WordPress site, improving local SEO and branding.

Rather than using URL paths such as ‘domain.com/de/’ and ‘domain.com/fr/’, you can now use ‘domain.de’ and ‘domain.fr’. Alternatively, you can use subdomains for each language.
