Video Feedback
All you need to do is enable video feedback in the project widget settings. Now, when someone clicks on your feedback button, they’ll have the option to give feedback with video screen recording. It’s pretty user friendly as your clients do not need to install a browser extension or any other 3rd party tools. Similar to the other forms of feedback, it works with your existing notifications and integrations.
So, how does it work?
- Your clients click on Capture Video in the feedback widget, share their screen and start recording.
- You can then watch the feedback in your account.
- A new bookmark feature allows you to tag specific sections in the video simply by clicking below the timeline.
- Bookmarks create a shortcut to a specific section of the video, where you can also add comments and send replies to clients.
Since November 2020 you can adjust the time limit of video screen recordings and upload videos to the Designs feature.
Pretty cool, eh? You’ll get access to this optional add-on for just $12.50 per month. Start your free 14 day trial today!
