Usermaven now allows you to fully whitelabel the analytics platform to reflect your brand, with no coding required. You can make it look like it was built in-house. All you need to do is set a couple of CNAME records and customize the branding. This feature is perfect for agencies and B2B SaaS platforms.

  • With a single toggle, you can remove the entire Usermaven branding.
  • You can add your brand name, logo, and favicon.
  • Usermaven allows you to set a custom domain to host the app at your own URL.
  • You can either choose from a variety of pre-set themes or create your own.
  • For a fully branded experience, you can even send emails from your own domain.

The price of the white-label feature is calculated automatically based on the number of workspaces you have, starting from $49 per month or $500 per year for up to five workspaces.

  • HubSpot Sync:
    With Usermaven, your HubSpot contacts and companies are now synced. Thanks to Usermaven pulling CRM data directly into user profiles, you can instantly see which contacts are in HubSpot. A HubSpot badge is then displayed on both user profiles and contact lists.
  • REST API for Contacts & Workspaces:
    The new REST API from Usermaven enables developers to manage contacts and workspaces easily and efficiently. For instance, you can read and update contact records to synchronise with your CRM, enrich user profiles, or trigger workflows with automation tools, as well as query workspace metadata.
  • Segment Filters:
    The Segments Builder has been updated to help you quickly and easily create precise audiences. For example, you can use instant search or browse grouped attributes such as Traffic Source, Activity, Device, Location and more.

In other news, Usermaven has redesigned the Trend Builder UI to make it easier for you to build charts and uncover insights in fewer clicks with more context. Finally, you can now set the default domain directly via the ‘Website Analytics’ domain selector. This means you no longer need to go to workspace settings.
