Hummingbird Web Solutions have just rolled out WP AdCenter v3.0. Given the short list of features and bug fixes below, this release cannot be considered a major update.

However, it comes with some nice improvements making this responsive banner management advertising plugin for WordPress even better:

Improved impression count by excluding bot views
Fixed issues with banner display when auto refresh is set to off
Changed the look & feel of the backend
