WP Umbrella Introduces Comprehensive Update Tracking

Aurelio from WP Umbrella has just introduced comprehensive update tracking, improved FTP compatibility and a new client role to the WordPress management and maintenance platform.

New Features

The WP Umbrella team has managed to roll out a number of enhancements that will make your experience even better:

• Comprehensive Update Tracking: Automatically include all updates in your reports, even those made outside of WP Umbrella, to give your clients a complete view of your site’s activity.
• Advanced FTP Compatibility: They’ve added FTP support to their restoration capabilities. You can now restore via FTP, SFTP or FTPS for more reliable and faster updates.
• Client Role for Team Management: Now you can invite clients to securely access their backups and site data – without exposing the rest of your account.

What’s next for WP Umbrella? The Safe Update feature is just around the corner and will be officially released in September October.
